Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our servers. We will never hold your data hostage.
Does the free plan include encryption?
Yes! End-to-end encryption is enabled on every plan, including the free Starter plan. Security is never a paid feature at Jio Line.
How does SMTP email integration work?
You simply enter your email provider's SMTP/IMAP credentials in Settings. Jio Line then connects to your mail server on your behalf, and your inbox appears directly inside the app.
Is there a limit on team members for Business?
No. The Business plan supports unlimited team members. You pay per user per month, so costs scale naturally with your team size.
